Even before thinking about data models or flow charts prepare a Mental Model. It is not about the solution, it is about how we present that to the stakeholders. And we make them part of our analysis and implementation journey so that we can get input from everyone. What is the Process? What is the Data? What are the functions? Visualize the solution.
